Inspire Fitness Centre is committed in creating awareness of the importance of physical activity amongst persons of all ages and abilities. Being an example of an inclusive and accessible fitness centre in our country, we will further open our doors to the public, Free of Charge. Visitor can make use of our 25m indoor pool, the fully equipped gym, follow the weekly schedule of aerobic classes or make use of the sauna, all for free. Besides use of premises, there are other services such as nutritional consultancy, personal training, massage therapy, and other services which one could also benefit from. During this week and for this occasion, we will also host a Water Football Tournament on an inflatable football pitch which will be situated in our large parking area just outside the Fitness Centre. Interested teams are recommended to book in advance.
